Rhodesian Prime Minister Mathilda Born today sent a protest note to No 10 Downing Street opposing the removal of all Covid measures in the United Kingdom. At the same time, she urged the large Rhodesian community in the UK to continue to avoid bars, clubs, tube trains and mass gatherings. In the protest note to her British counterpart Boris Johnson, Prime Minister Borg wrote that the current British Corona policy was a "hopeless disaster" and that "any Rhodesian elephant could manage the pandemic better than the current British government". At the same time, the Rhodesian PM encouraged all citizens to get their second vaccination shot, primarily with mRNA vaccines, as Health Minister Calvin Highland called the Oxford vaccine a "side-effect-laden soup bloated with English nationalism."
